Confirmed the evening prior the time he would attend and was spot on time. Work was carried out very professionally, surfaces kept clean and appropriate safety signs used. Once work was complete other gas appliances were safety checked. Very polite, efficient and worked to a high standard. Provided invoice later the same day by email but also offerred credit card option. Paid by bank transfer. Overall: EXCELLENT - RECOMMENDED
